Rack Automatic Fire Suppression System
Rack temperature-sensitive automatic fire extinguishing devices are specifically designed for integrated data cabinets, integrating automatic fire detection, automatic extinguishing, and automatic signal transmission functions into one automatic extinguishing device. This device not only ensures that the equipment and data within the cabinet are protected from fire hazards but also prevents it from becoming a fire source that threatens adjacent cabinets or the surrounding environment.
AFFS-NONPRESS-1U non-pressurized rack temperature-sensitive automatic fire extinguishing device is a pre-designed, assembled set with linkage control functions, including heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent, storage container, casing, initiation components, discharge components, and feedback components. The AFFS-NONPRESS-1U non-pressurized rack temperature-sensitive automatic fire extinguishing device consists of heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent, storage container, casing, container valve, temperature-sensitive initiator, magnetoelectric device, feedback components, and terminal blocks. It stores 3kg of heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent in its container. The system is modularly integrated, easy to install, simply insert into the cabinet, connect the terminal blocks, and fix the panel for use.
The fire extinguishing device has two activation methods:
1. In the event of a fire, the temperature-sensitive glass bulb bursts due to high-temperature exposure., activating the magnetoelectric device, which links to the fire extinguishing device to release the extinguishing agent from the nozzle for extinguishing;
2. In the event of a fire, smoke and temperature sensors, and other external fire detectors detect the fire, generate an alarm signal, and link to the fire extinguishing device to activate the fire extinguishing device, releasing the extinguishing agent from the nozzle for extinguishing.
